 a. Information You Provide to U We will collect personal information from you if you voluntarily provide it through the Site or provide to us in offline contact we have with you through the Services.  If you complete a Contact Form on our Contact page, you will be asked to provide your name and certain contact information you’d like us to use to contact you, such as email address or business phone or address. You may be asked to provide this information if you wish to send us a message.  If you attend an event, we may collect your business contact information, company, role or title. If you apply for a job opportunity on our Careers page, you are required to provide your name and email. You may optionally provide your phone number and other application materials such as your resume/CV, cover letter, LinkedIn Profile link.  Information included in your application materials may include your employment history, education history, and contact information.

b.Information We Collect Automatically. We will collect certain information automatically when you use the Site, subject to your browser and other usage settings.  In general, we automatically gather certain technical information from Site visitors through our automatic data collection tools, including server logs, which may collect certain standard information that your browser sends to the Site such as the number and frequency of your visits. This information may include the URL of the last and next website you visit, your browser and operating system, your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, how long you spend on the Site, and what pages you view here. We may use this information to understand better how our visitors use the Services and improve the Services.

We may use personal information to communicate with you, to provide the Services, to improve the Services and your experience of the Services, to prevent fraud, to protect the security of our systems, to comply with applicable laws, to protect our company and the rights of our website visitors and other parties.  If you apply for a job on the Services, then we use your information to process and evaluate your application and in connection with onboarding if you are employed by us.
